Updating QECO’s brand identity through a modern lens

The Qualifications Evaluation Council of Ontario (QECO ) sought to rejuvenate its brand identity by defining a contemporary brand positioning and updating its logo and visual identity. Key objectives included aligning the branding with current professional standards, preserving recognizability and familiar elements for their audience of Ontario Certified Teachers, and creating a comprehensive brand asset package that is user-friendly for non-designers.

Celebrating 50 years of QECO excellence with a special anniversary logo

In honour of their 50th anniversary, QECO seized the moment to not just redesign their logo and update their visual identity, but also to introduce a special 50-year anniversary edition logo. The challenge for us was to bring fresh energy into QECO’s brand identity while safeguarding the familiarity and brand value accumulated over the past five decades.
